By accessing and using the services provided by Gaxocexej ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Gaxocexej provides specialized packaging manufacturing services for Malaysian fast food establishments, including but not limited to roti canai containers, nasi lemak packaging, and custom street food packaging solutions.
We offer custom design services, bulk manufacturing, branding solutions, and delivery services across Malaysia. All products are manufactured to food-grade safety standards and industry regulations.
Orders are processed upon receipt of signed quotations and required deposits. Pricing is based on quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Custom orders require 50% deposit before production begins. Standard products may be ordered with different payment terms as agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders.
All products undergo quality control testing before shipment. We guarantee that products meet specified requirements and food safety standards. Defective products will be replaced at no charge when reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects only. Custom-designed products cannot be returned unless they fail to meet agreed specifications. Return shipping costs are covered by Gaxocexej for defective products.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and external factors. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address or pickup location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Expedited delivery options are available at additional cost.
Payment terms are net 30 days for established business customers with approved credit. New customers require payment upon delivery or in advance. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for remote delivery locations or special handling requirements.
Custom designs created by Gaxocexej remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing. Customers retain rights to their logos and branding elements provided to us for printing purposes.
Our liability is limited to the replacement value of defective products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Penang, Malaysia.
